Insomnia....

You are probably asking yourself, Why did I just post soooo many posts? It is called INSOMNIA! For the past few weeks I have been sooo exhausted, but for some reason I can not get to sleep at night. All the kids are in bed by 9:30-10:00, husband in bed by 10:00. I do my routinely looking at my DVR shows to decide what to watch each night. Get the ice cream out to melt a little bit so I can dish myself a bowl of ice cream. I know it is definitely not the healthiest choice, but I need my calcium, right? I have been taking Tylenol PM, but with me nursing I am not sure if that is the healthiest thing for me... In fact, gonna call my doctor tomorrow to make sure it is okay. I have also tried some herbal teas that is suppose to calm your nerves, but that doesn't work. I can go to bed, yet I lay there for a good 2 hours of tossing and turning. I just wish I had an on/off switch and I could turn my brain off for a few hours to get some sleep. One of these days, right? You would think that I would be wiped out from a fun filled day of crying, boogers, diaper changing, potty training, spit up, and working out, and trust me I am. Just wish I could find a secret to getting to sleep. If anyone has any ideas, please share! I'm open for suggestions! Kinda weird posting a post without a picture! I guess that is the point of blogging sometimes... I'm gonna go lay in bed and ATTEMPT to go to sleep, cross my fingers, right?

Sunday Best

Cameron took this picture of the girls on the floor. Cute, huh?

Okay I can't get all 3 kids to look at the camera, but before church today Cameron insisted on holding the girls... I love getting them in dresses and cute headbands because EVERY time Cameron says, "like a princess, they are like a princess." It is sooo stinkin cute! I love how much he enjoys his little sisters. I loved these dresses on them, I don't know why because it kinda washes their skin out (us albino white people need to be careful on what colors we choose to wear)... And today was the first day where I looked at my children and could not believe how big they are getting... That means, Man I'm getting old!

I like blue ice cream...

So I was extremely jealous of all the people that went away camping or shopping or did ANYTHING fun for Easter. Cause we did the usual and just hung out at home, AGAIN!!! So I forced Rory to go to Bajio (okay I didn't force him, I just complained that we never do anything. Plus it was his night to cook)... After we ate I told him we should go to Maggie Moos (ice cream) for dessert! I told Cameron earlier that day that I would take him to the store to pick out a toy because he was doing soo well using the potty. So needless to say he was not interested in his ice cream one bit, so we stuck his in the freezer. SEVERAL days later Cameron realized he never ate his ice cream and tried to reach up in the freezer to get it. This is how we found him when he was done.... He is SOOO cute! and 1. I am glad we saved the ice cream for him to avoid the meltdown and 2. I am sooo glad he has Rory's memory and remembers EVERYTHING! Okay, some things I wish he would forget!(and yes no clothes again!!! For all you people that think I'm terrible for not making him wear clothes, you should know I am blessed because HELLO that is less laundry!)

Kayla Fights Back.....

Yet she definitely isn't as violent as Chrissy... I am just glad she is FINALLY sticking up for herself....(haha)

Easter Egg Coloring...

So we didn't do the typical gather around the table and color Easter eggs like everyone else does. Rory and I dyed the eggs on the cupboard and asked Cameron what eggs he would like to paint. He thought it was a blast none the less. We are kinda ghetto sometimes and quite boring. Oh well he thinks his parents rock! (And yes, we choose to not wear clothing throughout the day, that is why our son never has clothes on...Like mother/father like son, right?)

My two little peeps.....

Kinda sad.... The disadvantage of not taking the girls to church until they are 5 months is that their dresses are too small... I was sad about this because they haven't even worn half of them. And this means I need to shop for more. Even though these dresses were too small I made them wear them anyways. I told Rory that if we got them out of the car seat to make sure to not stand the girls straight up because their dresses would be too short and that is just plain embarrassing.... He of course, just rolled his eyes... They only stayed for Sacrament, but it was nice to go to a meeting as a family! Plus, it was nice to show off my cute kids!!!

Easter....

Rory took Cameron to the park for the big "Cedar City Easter Egg Hunt." Rory said that it lasted a good 10 seconds. I don't think Cameron really knew what was going on throughout it, but he managed to get a couple of eggs and Rory put in a few extra for him. Rory also said Cameron had the smallest basket. I know Cameron didn't care, and why should we care, UNTIL Cameron gets to the age where he will care. He was scared of the Easter Bunny and every time I mentioned that the Easter Bunny was going to come visit our house, he quickly would said, "I don't want the Easter Bunny, I'm scared of the Easter Bunny..." He was thankful for the fun little stuff that the bunny brought him......

Jones vs. Jones

Or should I be saying Chrissy vs. Kayla, because for some reason Kayla doesn't fight back. Here are 3 different occasions (4 if you count the post below) when Chrissy is "attacking" Kayla. I sure hope Kayla learns how to fend for herself one day.

Eating? Or Loving?

Apparently this is how Chrissy treats her little sister when we aren't in the room. We were eating yummy hamburgers that Rory barbecued in the snow (I married a good one) and when we came to check on them, this is what we found... Still don't know if they were kissing/loving each other or eating each other...

My babies are 5 months.....

I can't believe my babies are 5 months already. Time sure flies when you are a Stay at Home Mom... Cameron is sooo cute with them and I think he has really taken on the "Big Brother" role quite well. I think he will be excited when they decide to talk back to him after he tells them about everything in life. He will sit and explain all his cars and toys to him, just for them to smile back at them. I have trained him to get my diapers, wet wipes, and their binkies. So it is sure nice to have an extra set of hands around.
