Here is a couple of pictures we took. I didn't get out our digital camera until after we opened presents. The girls hated being in the rocking chair, and I don't blame them. We had a great Christmas this year. We just spent it with the 5 of us. I still don't think Cameron knew what was going on. He kept saying "I have a sock, I have a sock." The sock was his stocking that he kept looking in to see if he forgot anything. He is obsessed with CARS right now, so that is what most of his presents were.
My parents actually took Cameron to California on Saturday to visit my sister Kim, so the house has been quiet and it is actually kinda weird not having someone obsessed with playing with my hair. I sure miss him though. I think I miss him, WAY more then he misses me. HOWEVER, it was nice to get a long, uninterrupted 2 1/2 hour nap on Saturday afternoon! And I took a nap on Sunday! And I'm planning on taking one on Monday and Tuesday too. I know, HELP me! The things I look forward to at this point in my life!

Chrissy/Kayla
Here are a couple more pics of the girls. I decided to make them a little more girly by putting bows in their hair for the next picture. We don't think they look anything alike but in these pictures they kinda do. They are getting big and are more alert lately. Once they get to sleep at night they sleep a good 6-7 hour stretch, Chrissy sometimes 8 hours. Can't beat that!
Chrissy is in the pink and brown, Kayla in the white and pink.

Cameron has been such a great older brother. For some reason we are finding ourselves taken more pictures of Cameron, then the girls. Maybe it is because the girls are always sleeping. He loves helping me cook, and of course tasting the food to see if he approves. He loved putting the ornaments on the Christmas tree, even though I still don't think he has any idea why there is a tree in our house.
I'm enjoying being home and feel quite proud when I have everyone showered (including me), cookies made, and dinner on the table when Rory gets off work. Weird how life changes. I never thought I would feel so proud when all those things get done. And I'm taking advantage of afternoon nap time when all 3 kids are asleep, I get some shut-eye as well!

The Cutest Bows, Headbands, and Clippies
The Crafty Moms make the Cutest Bows, Headbands and Clippies. I received some as a gift when my twins were born and just had to order more. They even have a special right now. It is Bows or Headbands 2 for $5.00 through December 31st. I honestly haven't found bows cheaper then that. Here is the link, you have to check them out http://www.thecraftymoms.blogspot.com/

Great Grandma Visit
A couple of week ago my Grandma Mary Jean and Dale came to visit and help me out with the twins. It was sure nice to have them around. And we were sure sad to see them go. My grandma brought Cameron a harmonica. We didn't think he was old enough to play it, but he sure could. I was impressed! Thanks for all your help. We sure love you guys!

Cameronsaur....
Cameron's Halloween was a little different this year. Since I decided to have the twins, he didn't get a chance to go trick or treating, I mean he got the best treat ever, 2 baby sisters, but no candy! I'm completely okay with it, cause people know what a stickler I am about sweets with Cameron. If you were around me more, you would realize though that I am getting better. I bribed him quite a bit this week with yummy treats.
When we went to Price this past week, my mother gave him his costume. There was a minor hiccup in the mailing system, so he never received it. (HAHAHA) He was really shy about putting it on at first, but once he did he really enjoyed it. And I personally think he is the cutest dinosaur out there!

Rice Krispy Treats.....
So when the girls were taking one of their many naps for the day, Cameron and I decided to make Rice Krispy Treats. After we were done, he decided that he needed to sprinkle em with Honeycombs. Definitely added to the mix. He is adjusting pretty well with the new changes, but I think he gets bored with his mommy.

Pictures of Twins....
Here are some pictures from the past few days. I am trying to get more pictures going and pages made, but I keep forgetting. The twins are doing great. They are both eating every 3 hours and sleep the majority of the time. And we can tell them apart!!! Big Plus! I'm doing well, better then I thought I would. I'm getting a couple of hours of sleep each night, yet none throughout the day. Its hard to get a whole lot done in the day because my feet are HUGE and I can barely walk. I definitely wasn't expecting my feet to be swollen, and so painful. Good thing my mother is here, but I don't know what I am going to do when she leaves. I guess dishes won't get done and dinner won't get made. Thank goodness for frozen pizza and frozen meals! Cameron will no longer be going to daycare, so hopefully he survives being home with 3 girls and no friends. I think he is adjusting well, but we will see once his "D" leaves. He follows her around and won't let Rory and me do anything for him. He's kinda obsessed with her.
I am open to visitors at anytime, just let me know ahead of time to make sure I'm modest and the house is semi-decent. No sick people though and FYI, I will make you wash or sanitize if you want to hold em. Everyone knows that I'm kinda OCD with that! I will try really hard to get more pictures up in the next few days.

Last Prego Pic!
Okay this is for the people that asked for me to post a picture before I give birth. Here you go! I didn't think I could get bigger and didn't think that I was bigger, UNTIL I look at pictures and then NOW I understand why sooo many random people make not so nice comments. I'm definitely not looking forward to people asking me if I'm prego AFTER I deliver the twins (moms everywhere know what I'm talking about), but it will all be worth it in the end. For those that don't know I go in on Friday morning to deliver these little ones. I will try to keep my blog updated, but who knows since I will have 3 kids under the age of 3!

Pumpkins 08
Rory and I thought it would be fun for Cameron to paint his first pumpkin and then let him pick a stencil for Rory to carve the pumpkin. After so much hard work on Cameron's part painting the pumpkin, Rory "had" to wipe off the paint in order to carve it. I thought it would have been fine with the paint still on it, but "Oh No," it wasn't going to happen that way. Cameron enjoyed painting the pumpkin.
Cameron was very serious when he picked out the stencil that he wanted. And even thought he was actually doing the carving. He was definitely pleasantly surprised when he saw the end product. He told Rory, "Thank you, Thank you," over and over again every time he looked at the pumpkin. It was a fun experience for Cameron, and I'm sure Rory too. Rory was very patient with Cameron. And of course I just sat and watched the whole time, oh and took pictures!

Randoms of Cameron
Here are some random pics of Cameron. It was Community Helper Week at Learning Ladder last week, and his class made these hats. Cameron would not take it off that day. When Rory and I wanna watch TV some nights we put the TV on in our room and sometimes we find Cameron all cuddled up in our pillows and blankets. And the last picture, Rory went to check on Cameron one night and this is what we found. He loves his soccer ball and enjoys reading in the dark, I think he was a little tired this night though!
Chrissy and Kayla's Nursery
So I've had several people ask me to post pics of the nursery so these are the best ones that I could get. It was harder then I thought to get 1 picture of both cribs together, so they kinda overlap. Notice that the 2nd crib isn't made. I'm kinda weird about it, but I didn't wanna make that bed until the twins come. They will be sharing the same crib at first. My mother did a wonderful job at making the quilts for the babies.
And for those that are still wondering, I'm STILL prego! I really thought that I would have had these babies by now, seriously every morning I wake up sooo upset that I am still pregnant. I feel like I am gonna be prego until Christmas!

I have nooo idea for a title. So UNKNOWN!
Cameron was sick last Sunday and it seemed like the only thing that made him feel better was putting stickers everywhere. Rory was such a good sport! I enjoyed watching Cameron rip off the stickers because it didn't seem like it felt good at all.
Another day goes by, I told Cameron he could go outside, but he had to decide what he was wearing and this is what he came up with. I have a friend (starts with a T and ends with iffany) that would NEVER let her child leave the house looking like this. I'm just glad I don't care and I sooo don't have the energy to fight him! I also made this pathetic cheesecake or that's what the package "claimed" it was, but I beg to differ! I let him have at it and he didn't even enjoy it.

YAYAYA, today was a good day!!!
I am really excited, because most of you know we ordered an armoire back at the beginning of August, and when we received it, 3 of the pieces were damaged. Rory refused to put it together with the damaged pieces, so I called the company and told em, and they told me the replacement parts would be shipped that week. 5 weeks later (today) I FINALLY got an email saying that the replacement parts were shipped. There is hope that it will be here and put together before the babies come. I was soo excited... And to make the day go better, when Rory got home today he rolled in our Deep Freezer! Its been a good day!
I do wish Tiffany and Tara would update their blog, especially Tiffany since she was the one who got me to do the blog! Its been almost 2 months since your last blog! HELLO, unacceptable!
Things we do while mommy is home....
I have been home for a week now without working, and I have to admit, its not as bad as I thought it would be. I have been finding myself cleaning more (notice the cupboards behind Cameron are actually clean in the Kitchen), I've been keeping up on the laundry, and a little bit OCD about the twins clothes (and I mean if their outfits don't match, then I make sure the patterns at least match and I fold them in 2 different piles, so they are on the top and easy to grab) Rory just rolls his eyes, but I know it won't last after the babies are here, so i gotta do it now.

Prehistoric Museum
Rory and I took Cameron to the Prehistoric Museum this weekend when we were in Price and he absolutely LOVED it. He was completely obsessed with all the dinosaurs, yet nervous when he saw a soft shelled turtle swimming around in a tank with an alligator. He wasn't scared of the alligator, but he was scared of the turtle. I don't blame him for being nervous about that because it might have been the ugliest thing that I have ever seen before in my life. The only bad thing about taking him to a "Dinosaur" museum is when he says dinosaur he sounds like he is swearing. So it sounded like he was yelling swear words throughout the museum. He didn't want to leave and enjoyed it the whole time we were there.

Cameron's Haircut
Cameron always has the worst bedhead, when his hair gets a little long. Nothing will hold his hair down, so I thought it was definitely time for him to get a haircut. I took him to the same lady that did his hair several months ago. This time there were no tears, just a very grumpy face the whole time. I think I went a little too short, but that's okay, it will grow out pretty fast though. I had to feed him little candies, just to bribe him to not freak out. The final haircut picture is kinda blurry, sorry. I made Rory get his haircut while we were there too because his hair was looking like a big fuzz ball.
Park Day
Rory didn't draw out this year for the Deer Hunt, and good thing because it might have made me want a divorce. It is close to my due date, and if I go early, I kinda want him around. So since he didn't draw out he thought he had to get an Archery Tag. He has NEVER shot a bow and arrow and needed to "practice" before the hunt starts. I thought this would be a good opportunity to take Cameron to the park. Before you look at the pictures, please know that I let Cameron dress himself and I'm not responsible for the outfit he was wearing.

Swimming at my D and Papa's House
Cameron had a blast swimming in the little blow up pool at his grandparents house last week. He doesn't understand the concept of swimming suits and always takes em off. Good thing there are swim diapers. I tried to add more pictures but they were just driving me crazy cause I couldn't figure out how to move them where I wanted them to go. So I guess deal with just the one I downloaded. And FYI, I hate Rory's hair!

Another Ultrasound
I went in on Tuesday to get another ultrasound. I was exactly 23 wks and 4 days. The twins are both head down, but the doctor said a lot can change by when I deliver. I have to go in every 4 weeks to get more ultrasounds. They have to measure everything to make sure both of em are growing the way they should be. As for me, I'm growing everywhere I should be especially in my feet and ankles, Pregnancy is oh soooo fun! :)

4th of July Camping Trip
Every year for the 4th of July the "Stevens" Family gets together in the Beaver Mountains. I wasn't looking forward to it this year because of my allergies and being 5 months prego, but it was a lot of fun. I even told Rory that I could stay another night. I was terrified that bears were gonna get me the first night so I didn't do a whole lot of sleeping. The second night I had the attitude "if a bear wants me then come and get me," and I actually slept tons better. Cameron was in love with all the dirt and was busy the entire time. At one time he was finding every rock to pose on with his Grandma D. He was in love with all the deer that would walk by our campsite, yet terrified of the fish after he touched one of their eyeballs. We had a lot of fun this year.
